2 of 12The InsuResilience Secretariat kickstarted collaboration with the NAP GN in 2020 on integrating Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (CDRFI) in the development of National Adaptation Plans (NAP). NAP GN and the InsuResilience Global Partnership both have rich agendas for gender mainstreaming and are working collaboratively in this space. NAP GN is a member of the InsuResilience Global Partnership´s Gender Working Group and it is envisaged that the two organizations will be engaged in a joint knowledge event in 2021. |
The Global Resilience Partnership has convened diverse stakeholders to establish a Resilience Knowledge Coalition with the aim of “getting the best knowledge and practice on resilience used to shape policies, plans and investments to deliver a resilient future.”
The InsuResilience Secretariat has joined two working groups: i. Peer-to-Peer Learning and ii. Measurement and Evidence.
The InsuResilience Secretariat has co-developed the Policy Brief “Integrating Risk Finance into National Resilience and Adaptation Efforts”. The corresponding Action Areas will be jointly implemented in 2021.

The InsuResilience Secretariat is member of the Operational Committee of the IDF and co-chairs the Inclusive Insurance Working Group. It is also a member of the Sovereign Humanitarian Services Working Group and the Risk Modelling Steering Group.
